820 Series Puff Plastisol Inks are designed for direct printing and are ready for use. They have an excellent loft and hand. 820 Series are extremely easy to puff. Available in a limited range of popular colors. 820 Series is also available in Phthalate Free (call for details).
Screen Mesh: Use 80-160/inch (32T-64T cm) screen mesh.
Printing: 820 can be used as an underbase for other plastisol colors. After printing flash quickly before the ink film starts to puff, then overprint with other plastisol colors. For large puff areas it is sometimes recommended to print large dots or a line pattern spaced closely together. This will result in a more even looking puff print.
Reducers: 820 Series is formulated to print right from the can. If viscosity reduction is desired, reduce with slight amounts of 502 Reducer.
Ink Cleanup: Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.
