Technical Information for Excalibur® Holographic Glitter Ink
Screen Mesh: Use a screen mesh of 24-32/inch (10T-12T cm) for best results.
Stencils and Curing: All types of stencils may be used for screen printing Holographic Glitter Ink. The print should be heat cured at 320°F - 350°F (160°C - 177°C).
Reducer: If required, small amounts of Excalibur 502 may be used (1 to 3%).
Ink Cleanup: Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.
Heat Transfers: Print Excalibur Holographic Glitter Ink on a high gloss paper for glitter transfers and semi-cure in a dryer. Heat transfer the holographic glitter print at 350°F (170°C) for 12-15 seconds and peel cold.
