Single-Step Transfer Backing for Four Color Process!

Allows the Design to be Screen Printed on Darks

888 Series Stretchback is a single step transfer backing that can be used as a backing for screen printed, four color process heat transfers. Stretch Back allows the designs to be printed on dark backgrounds. It will stretch & retract, avoid cracking and has a very soft hand feel. 888 Series is available in Phthalate Free.

Technical Information for Excalibur® 888 Series

Procedure: 888 is to be used as a last color backing on 4 color process transfers. 888 is opaque, so it allows transferring 4 color process heat transfers onto dark fabrics.

Screen Mesh: 888 should be printed through mesh counts of 40-86inch (16T-34T cm).

Squeegee: Medium Durometer (70) is recommended.

Ink Cleanup: Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.
