Transfer Paper: Most uncoated heat transfer papers can be used such as Soft Trans, Trans 55, Ultrastrip 2000, Tullis Russel or Transal.
Inks Required: 905/908PF Clear Transfer Base and Excalibur 600SS Process Colors.
Printing Method: Always start by pre-shrinking the paper. Print the entire image area of the transfer with a 905/908PF Clear Transfer Base through a 110-230/inch (44-110T cm) mesh. After gelling the Clear Coat at 240°F-260°F for 30-60 seconds (116°C-127°C) proceed to print the 600SS Process Colors through fine mesh 230-350/inch (92-140T cm). Process colors will gel at the same temperature as the 905/908PF Clear. The ink colors are printed and cured one at a time. Testing should always be done before beginning a production run.
NOTE: Fine screen mesh (up to 65 line) can be used for true four color process.
