Lancer Group International recently developed a water-based PVC / Phthalate Free heat transfer system for screen printing applications. Duratex is a water-based system that contains no PVC, phthalates or solvents. The Duratex heat transfer system is designed for cold peel screen printed heat transfers or as a backing for litho printed transfers. Duratex transfers will adhere to most fabrics including many nylon fabrics. Duratex is an ideal choice for producing tagless labels. The Duratex Heat Transfer System is available in a wide range of spot colors. Duratex ColorPRO® Color Matching System is also available.

3550 Series - Triumph® Single-Step Nylon Inks

Triumph Ink is Phthalate Free and Does Not Contain any Heavy Metals

Lancer Group International is excited to announce the launch of Excalibur Triumph Single-Step Nylon Inks. The new Triumph Inks represent an entirely new generation of plastisol technology for direct and heat transfer printing onto nylon as well as other high stretch fabrics. Triumph is a single part system. This means that no hazardous chemical bonding agents need to be added. Triumph contains no solvents and will not air dry, causing the ink to thicken or block the screen. Triumph is phthalate free and contain no heavy metals. Triumph is used with the ColorPRO® Pantone® Matching System to produce a wide range of colors.

960 Series - Hot Peel Heat Transfer Inks

Perfect for Use With Coated Hot Peel Heat Transfer Papers

960 is Very Opaque with Great Adhesion and a Very Soft Hand Feel

Lancer has released the new 960 Series - Hot Peel Heat Transfer Inks. 960 Series Hot Peel Heat transfer inks have been developed for use with coated Hot Peel Heat Transfer Papers. 960 Series inks are very opaque with great adhesion and a very soft touch. These inks are designed to hot peel when screen printed on to coated release paper. Uncoated paper is not recommended, as the 960 series is not designed to hot split. 960 Series is available as Regular or as Phthalate Free (PF). 961 Series is also available in the ColorPRO® Color Matching System.
