Lancer Group International and Freehand Graphics have developed a brand new system for producing vibrant color separations for screen printing. The 1800 Series System is comprised of two parts. The Spot Process software is used to create accurate, high-end color separations. These separations are then screen printed using Excalibur 1800 Series inks to create vibrant prints and heat transfers. The Spot Process software comes with many great features that will help with work flow and productivity. Many of these features are designed specifically for screen printers and will help to optimize almost any type of color separation. The 1800 Series System is compatible with most printing methods and will work with most computer systems.

1550 Series - SportPRO® Athletic Textile Inks
Specifically Designed for Athletic Wear Such as Polyester Uniforms
Highly Bleed Resistant Formula and Designed With Very High Stretch
Very Opaque with a Soft Hand Feel - Non Glossy, Matte Finish
We have launched a new ink series specifically designed for printing onto sport uniforms and jersey’s. The new Excalibur SportPRO® 1550 Series is ideal for synthetic sport fabrics such as polyester and blended fabrics. SportPRO Athletic Ink has very high opacity and has maximum bleed resistance and also has a very soft hand feel as well as very high stretch. The finish of the ink is matte which is very popular with today’s sports jersey’s. SportPRO Athletic Inks will be available in standard, opaque spot colors as well as a color matching system. All SportPRO Athletic Inks are formulated to be phthalate free.

400FF Series - Fast Fusion Direct Printing Ink
Ideal for Heat Sensitive Fabrics and Formulated to be Phthalate Free
Designed to be Very Opaque with Very High Stretchability
Lancer Group International has released a brand new series of fast fusion plastisol inks that are ideal for temperature sensitive fabrics. 400FF Series is a fast fusion ink system that can be used for printing on high stretch fabrics that require lower curing temperatures. Ideally, 400FF Fast Fusion curing can be achieved at temperatures between 135°C – 140°C (275°F – 285°F). 400FF Series is designed to be in compliance with requirements for heavy metal content and other restricted chemicals. 400FF Series Fast Fusion inks are also phthalate free. These inks will allow screen printers the flexibility to print on a wider range of fabrics that are subject to temperature sensitivity.
