Lancer has released their latest white plastisol ink for textile screen printing. Excalibur 50/50 White Plastisol Ink is a high viscosity low bleed printing ink. 50/50 White is specially designed for 50/50 fabrics, which tend to have dye bleed problems. This white ink has a very short body for easy printing and also has a very soft hand feel when cured on the garment. 50/50 White can be used as a free standing white or as an underbase. 50/50 is an ideal choice for automatic printing but is also suitable for manual printing. 50/50 can be printed through meshes up to 230/inch depending on the opacity required.

Competition White is an ecomonical direct printing ink that is creamy and smooth. Competition White is extremely easy to print and is well suited for both machine and hand screen printing. Competition White is very opaque and can be used as a first down white or as a white highlight. This high performance white ink has a very soft hand feel and is also available in phthalate free.

Lancer Group International has added a new flame retardant additive to its ever-growing line of textile ink additives. Flame Retardant Additive comes in a paste form that is mixed into most Excalibur textile inks (up to 20%). When added to Excalibur ink, the flame retardant additive will greatly increase the flame resistance of that particular ink. Excalibur Flame Retardant Additive is formulated to be phthalate free and can be added to all of our Excalibur PF Series Inks.
