You Can Create Amazing Special Effects with Excalibur Sponge Base!
Lancer Group International has released a brand new plastisol ink called Excalibur Sponge Base. This new base can be used to create special effects that produce prints that have a soft, foamy and rubber-like feel (much like the consistency of a rubber sponge). Sponge Base can be used by itself or as an underbase for special effects. Most pigment concentrates can also be added to Sponge Base to create a wide range of colors if desired. PCPRO Color Pigments are recommended.

Excalibur® ABA - Anti-Buildup Additive
Greatly Reduce Buildup Problems When Printing Plastisol Wet on Wet
Increase Production Output by Reducing the Cleanup Downtime
We are proud to announce the release of Excalibur ABA - Anti-buildup Additive. ABA anti-build up additive can be mixed into Plastisol ink to greatly reduce build up problems. Build up can occur when printing Plastisols wet on wet and the wet ink keeps building up thicker and thicker on the backs or undersides of the screens, eventually causing poor print quality. The use of the additive can also increase production by avoiding down time cleaning the undersides of screens. Build up quite often occurs when printing high opacity and fluorescent inks.
