Evolution PVC Textile Inks

Evolution® - A New Age in Textile Printing Has Arrived.

06.07.05 - An new era in screen printing has arrived in the form of Evolution® PVC-Free Textile Inks. Evolution® ink was developed by Lancer Group International to be a high quality textile ink that shares all the same characteristics of conventional plastisol inks but without the presence of PVC or harmful levels of phthalates. Evolution® is fully compliant with EU and AZO standards.

Evolution® PVC-Free textile ink is designed to behave as a regular plastisol ink and like plastisol, requires heat curing. For this reason, Evolution® will not dry in the screens causing choking problems much like previous versions of PVC/Phthalate free ink. Evolution® is available as a direct printing ink or as a heat transfer ink and is suitable for printing on most common natural and synthetic fabrics.

Some key features of Evolution® is that every ink has excellent opacity and a very soft hand feel. Evolution® does not contain any lead, formaldehyde or heavy metals. Also, Evolution® is free of APEO and does not have harmful levels of phthalates. Along with standard direct printing and heat transfers, Evolution® can also be used to produce spot color transfers and four color process transfers in both hot and cold peel.
